Use the site freely to plan your light. Our drawings, words and photographs stay ours.

These terms apply to your use of illuminatics.in (the “site”), run by Illuminatics, the lighting brand of Microlight, Surat (“Illuminatics”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

Using the site

You may browse the site, read its content and share links to it for your own use, personal or professional, such as planning the lighting of a space. You agree not to:

• copy, republish or sell the site’s content, or use it to build another catalogue;
• scrape or harvest the site with automated tools, other than search engines indexing it;
• try to break, overload or get around the security of the site or its forms;
• send false details, or someone else’s, through a form, or use the forms for spam;
• use the site in any way that breaks the law.

Products and specifications

We describe our fittings as accurately as we can. Drawings, dimensions, wattages, colour temperatures, beams and other specifications on the site are a guide and may change as products are improved. Colour and light on a screen differ from the real thing, which is why we invite you to see each fitting working in the studio.

The site does not sell products or show prices, and nothing on it is an offer to sell. Every order is placed on a written quotation from us, and that quotation’s terms apply to it.

Lighting advice

The site’s guides, space tours and ideas are general information to help you plan. They are not a design for your space. Light depends on the room, its finishes and how it is used, so check any choice with us or your designer before you buy or install. Electrical work must be done by a qualified electrician, following the applicable codes.

Enquiries, quotes and studio visits

Sending an enquiry or asking for a quote does not create a contract. The meeting time you pick on a form is a request, which we confirm with you. A quote we send is valid for the period it states.

Our content

The site and everything on it, including its text, line drawings, 3D models, photographs, design, and the Illuminatics name and logo, belongs to Microlight or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. Using the site gives you no right to use any of it beyond viewing the site as these terms allow.

Links to other sites

The site links to services we don’t run, such as Google Maps, Instagram and Facebook. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data, and their own terms apply.

Availability

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. We don’t promise that it will always be available or free of errors, and we may change or withdraw any part of it at any time.

Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, Illuminatics is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or any loss of profit, data or business, arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that cannot be limited under Indian law. Our responsibility for the products we supply is set out in our quotations and invoices, not in these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version on the site when you use it is the one that applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Surat, Gujarat.
